Here are my starting lineups & reserves for both the Eastern and Western Conference. I award winning more than individual play. This list takes into consideration both team play and individual play. But there are also situations where despite the team play the individual player is just too accomplished to not have in the All Star Game. You will see that below.

Eastern Conference All Stars Starters

G: Isaiah Thomas

G: Kyle Lowry

F: Jimmy Butler

F: Giannis Antetokounmpo

F: LeBron James

Western Conference All Stars Starters

G: Russell Westbrook

G: James Harden

F: Kawhi Leonard

F: Kevin Durant

F: Anthony Davis – He’s having an incredible season. It’s a must for him to be in the starting lineup despite the record.

Eastern Conference All Star Reserves

G: John Wall

G: Kyrie Irving

G: DeMar DeRozan

F: Paul George

F: Kevin Love

F: Al Horford, Paul Millsap, Dwight Howard or Andre Drummond – Your Choice

Wild Card: Kemba Walker

Western Conference All Star Reserves

G: Chris Paul

G: Stephen Curry

G: Damian Lillard – I know people will argue putting Klay Thompson in this spot. But Lillard is having a good season and his team is currently in the 8th seed. I like Lillard in this spot more than Klay despite Golden State’s record.

F: DeMarcus Cousins

F: Rudy Gobert

The Utah Jazz have quietly been having a great season. They are 10                                                games above .500 and are the 5th seed. Hayward and Gobert are top                                               20 in win shares as well.

F: Gordon Hayward

Wild Card: Draymond Green or DeAndre Jordan – This is a tough one. Both have had a huge impact on their teams. That’s why I didn’t choose one.
